Sales analytics

In your Yandex Split personal account, you can track consolidated sales statistics for your legal entity or store. Statistics are based on data from the Payments section and displayed as charts showing changes in key sales metrics. You can view statistics in the following sections:

  • Home page: Brief statistics for sales figures over the week or month.
  • Analytics: Complete statistics over the week, month, quarter, or year.

Warning

The Analytics section and statistics in the Home page section are only available to users with the Owner (Владелец) and Admin (Администратор) roles at the Store and Legal entity organization hierarchy levels.

At the legal entity level, an Admin (Администратор) can see statistics for all stores where they hold the admin role, while the Owner (Владелец) can see statistics for any store.

Brief statistics on sales

The Home page section displays a chart showing changes in two sales metrics:

  • Revenue: The total amount of payments with the Paid status, excluding refunds (GMV). If a refund was issued for a payment, the chart factors in the original payment amount.
  • Average order value: The ratio of the amount of payments with the Paid status to the number of orders.

Note

If a store has no sales yet, the chart is not displayed.

The total revenue and average order value for the selected period are shown in the top-left corner of the chart. To the right of each amount, you can see how much it has increased or decreased compared to the previous period.

Sales occurred but the chart isn't displayed

If the chart is not displayed, make sure that you've completed all the onboarding steps on the home page.

How to read the chart

The chart is plotted on the two vertical axes:

  • The left axis shows revenue. Revenue is shown on the chart as bars.
  • The right axis shows the average order value. Changes in the average order value are shown on the chart as a solid line.

The horizontal axis displays a timeline with a daily breakdown.

To see the sales figures for a specific date, hover over the corresponding chart column.

Available periods

The chart provides data for the following periods:

  • Week: Data for the previous 7 days.
  • Month: Data for the previous 30 days.

To switch between the periods, click Week or Month in the top-right corner of the chart.
