this place deserves ZERO stars. there’s a reason why they have low ratings. my booking was made and paid but went arrived in the hotel, there were no rooms available and they claim they did not receive any payment despite receipts shown. receptionist said she will investigate and i was moved to another hotel. manager for some reason was afraid to get on a phone call with and kept avoiding contact. receptionist made empty promises. i seriously do not recommend. you don’t need this problem after arriving into a new country and you’re better off paying at a cheaper hotel that can provide a better service. honestly dont operate if you can’t deal with foreign guests and online bookings 😒🤬 a complete waste of time.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. They changed my room where the water pipeline didn't work properly. The staff is not professional. The breakfast is the worst. No many options, not delicious. I regret Id chosen Touristan Hotel, don't stay there

Все норм, но вот мне как туристу должны были сделать регистрацию. Сказали дада вот вот пришлём на почту и ничего не прислали. Не очень законно так делать. Поэтому и троечка. Если вам рега не нужна то норм, номера норм, завтрак в целом тоже норм. Не далеко от центра.
