FAKE LETTER OF COMPLAINT!!!!!! Dear Mr. Holmes, I wish to bring to your attention to a problem which arouse due to o poor customer service by your staff. They didn't add meat to my burger and forgot to put ice in the coke. When I asked to correct my order, one of your employees was rude to me and using curse words. He also poured a drink on me and kicked me out of the building. I assume that we can resolve this situation peacefully and you will just have a conversation with your employee.
