Horrible and very dangerous experience. I have never experienced anything like this in a public place. I went there with my family (my wife and my sister), we paid 12,000 dram, and as soon as we entered we felt uncomfortable with the atmosphere, so we decided to leave immediately. We asked for a refund since we didn’t consume anything, but the staff refused in a very rude way, saying the money was already in the register. The situation became extremely serious when a person came out aggressively holding a heavy metal object, as if he wanted to attack us. We felt in real danger and had to call the police. This place is completely unsafe, with aggressive staff and no respect for customers. I strongly do not recommend anyone to go there under any circumstances.
