I do not recommend this bank to anyone. I am wasting a huge amount of nerves trying to close my cards — they simply do not close them and instead keep adding charges for no reason. No one even tries to explain what these charges are for or why they appear. Responses are extremely slow, and the staff treat customers with complete indifference and lack of respect😭

Мобильное приложение хужшее из всех тех приложений, что я пользовался. Поддержка ужасная, не могут даже составить письмо о реквизитах счёта. Нужно ждать 3-4 рабочих дня. Не рекомендую этот банк.
