Do not recommend. My very unfortunate 1,5 year experience with renting an apartment. The quality of the apartments is terrible. The walls and ceilings are uneven, the air conditioner in the bathroom leaks constantly, and there is no soundproofing or noise insulation inside or outside. There is a huge amount of dust. There is a terrible smell in the hallways and lobby due to the garbage chute. The quality of the tap water is low, with an unreal amount of chlorine. There is a rotten smell from the faucet. There are many Airbnb guests who make noise and party. The gym is useless, small, and stinks. The sauna has not been cleaned once in the two years we've lived here; construction debris is still under the benches, the hammam is covered in slime, and the jacuzzi is either broken or filled with green water. As for the reception/security, these are people who have put crowns on their heads and consider residents to be nobodies. We have never encountered such unprofessional, customer-unfriendly staff. In conclusion: the worst living experience.
