We visited this highly regarded restaurant with high expectations, but overall left a bit underwhelmed. To start, we ordered the red peppers with cream—this was easily the highlight of the meal. It was unique, flavorful, and really well done. For mains, we had the pork ribs (300g) and the salmon with barbloc and red caviar. The salmon was a solid 4.5/5—very tasty and well-prepared, though by the end it felt quite heavy on salt and overwhelmed the palate a bit. The ribs, unfortunately, didn’t quite hit the mark for us (2.5/5). Of course, this is subjective—my husband is from Texas, so it’s hard not to compare—but they lacked the depth and richness we were hoping for. On the side, the mashed potatoes were smooth in texture but fell flat in flavor (2/5). The mushrooms were average (3/5), with a slightly rubbery texture that reminded us of frozen mushrooms, and they lacked any real bite. The accompanying gravy was overly salty and a bit heavy on the chives. That said, the service was great—attentive staff, and we appreciated having an English menu and servers who spoke some English. Overall, there were a few standout elements, but the meal as a whole didn’t quite live up to the restaurant’s reputation.

Пожалуй, одно из самых вкусных, щедрых мест. Вода бесплатная, это важно. Не все предлагают такую опцию. Стоимость мяса и стейков соответствует качеству. Очень вкусные выдержанные стейки и греческий салат, интересные закуски, всегда все нарядно выглядит на тарелке! Сервис зависит от настроения официантов, хотелось бы чтобы они были приветливее, но в целом все ок. Кстати, там очень хорошая система баллов, и даже на день рождения начисляют приятный подарок. На эти бонусы можно много всего заказать по меню, это сильно подкупает; но больше, конечно, качество еды, хорошие повара!

Очень жаль, что мы посетили ресторан в последний день… Приятная обстановка, приветливый персонал, открытая кухня, красивая подача и вкусные блюда. Впервые попробовали мозговые косточки - 👍. На наш вкус было бы интереснее заменить печеный чеснок на маринованный)) Стейки хорошие, понравились. И спасибо за комплимент! Желаем процветания и много гостей!
