Unfortunately, this is the only wakeboarding facility in the region, so if you want to ride, you simply don’t have another option. I’ve visited this place several times over the past few years. Each visit left me with a worse impression than the previous one. The last incident happened just last week and finally convinced me not to come back. 1. Different rules for different people. If an ordinary rider falls, they are expected to swim back to shore and walk to the starting dock, which is perfectly normal on a full-size cable. However, if one of the staff’s friends or regular riders falls, they may stop the cable so that person can deep-water start instead. Everyone else who was already riding loses their run, which is especially frustrating for beginners and intermediate riders who cannot deep-water start. 2. Queue jumping is tolerated. On weekends it’s common to wait 20–30 minutes for your turn, yet friends of the staff are allowed to skip the line without anyone stopping them. It gives the impression that there is one set of rules for regular customers and another for people they know. 3. Lack of respect for visitors’ time. Last week I arrived before opening and asked whether riding would start at 9:00 as advertised. I was told it would probably be about 30 minutes later, so I decided to wait. I got changed and stayed ready to ride near the starting dock for almost an hour. The cable wasn’t running, there was nobody at the cashier or the starting dock, I was the only customer there, while the staff were sitting on the terrace drinking coffee and smoking. There wasn’t a single rider on the water, so I had no reason to believe that riding had already begun. When I finally asked when I could start riding, I was told that they had been operating all along and that the only reason I wasn’t riding was because I hadn’t purchased a pass. During the entire time I was waiting, nobody invited me to the cashier, explained the process, or told me that riding was available. Instead of simply clarifying the situation, the conversation quickly became rude, and as I was leaving, I was insulted. These incidents happened over several years, but they all point to the same problem: the way customers are treated. I can understand technical delays, queues, or unexpected circumstances. What I cannot understand is favoritism, disrespect for customers’ time, and rude behavior. That’s especially disappointing because the cable itself is good, and there are simply no alternative wakeboarding facilities in the region.

Единственное место в Белграде, где можно покататься на вейкборде. Лебедка на 2 поворотах достаточно сильно дергает, нужно фал руками прижимать ближе к себе за секунду до.
