# Yandex Disk yordam xizmatiga yozish

Yandex Diskda telefon orqali yordam xizmati mavjud emas. Biz faqat foydalanuvchilarning xatlari asosida ishlaymiz. Bu samarali: xatda skrinshotlarni bizga yuborishingiz mumkin — shunda biz muammoni tezroq hal qilamiz va sizga yordam beramiz.

Agar Yandex Disk ilovasida muammoga duch kelsangiz, ilovaning o‘zidagi fikr-mulohaza shakli orqali bizga xato haqida xabar bering:

  1. Ilova sozlamalarini oching.
  1. **Ma’lumot va yordam** → **Muammo haqida xabar berish** bandini tanlang.
  1. Muammo mavzusini tanlang.
  1. Muammoni maksimal batafsil tasvirlab bering.

Agar ilova kutilmaganda ishdan chiqsa va siz undan bizga yoza olmasangiz, Fikr-mulohaza shakli orqali xatolik haqida xabar yuboring.
