Conditions for payment in parts
When you purchase an item using Split, the amount is divided into parts. The first payment is debited right away and the rest — according to the payment schedule that you can see at checkout. The order is sent to you after you make the first payment.
You can pay the next part or the entire outstanding amount ahead of schedule, including immediately after placing the order.

Yandex Split is not a loan, so information about it won't affect your credit history.
Available balance
The amount available for placing orders that can be paid for in installments with Split is calculated individually for each user.
To find out the available balance, go to your Yandex Split personal account.
Payment schedule and Split term
On Yandex Market, installments are available for 2, 4, or 6 months, in Yandex Eats for 2 or 4 months, and in Click for 2 months.
The first payment is debited from your card when making a purchase and the rest — according to the payment schedule that you can see at checkout.
The payment schedule is fixed, you can't change the debit date. If you make a payment ahead of schedule, the dates of other payments are not shifted.
You may concurrently have multiple orders with payment in parts, each having its own schedule.
What orders can be paid for in parts
Payment in parts is available on Yandex Market (inside Yandex Go), in Yandex Eats, and in the Click app.
How to return an item purchased using Split
You can return or cancel an order paid for using Split just like any regular order. To do this, request a refund at the store and, once the seller confirms it and notifies the service about it, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to your card.
If you bought multiple items using Yandex Split and returned some of them, the total amount will be reduced and your next payments will be recalculated.
The money will be refunded to the card you made payments from. If you made Split payments from different cards, you'll receive your money back to these cards.
How fast the money is credited depends on your bank: this usually takes one day but may sometimes take longer. The maximum period is 30 days.
