# Sales analytics

In your Yandex Split personal account, you can track consolidated sales statistics for your legal entity or store. Statistics are based on data from the **Payments** section and displayed as charts showing changes in key sales metrics. You can view statistics in the following sections:

- **Home page**: Brief statistics for sales figures over the week or month.
- **Analytics**: Complete statistics over the week, month, quarter, or year.

{% note warning %}

The **Analytics** section and statistics in the **Home page** section are only available to users with the **Owner** (Владелец) and **Admin** (Администратор) roles at the **Store** and **Legal entity** organization hierarchy levels.

At the legal entity level, an **Admin** (Администратор) can see statistics for all stores where they hold the admin role, while the **Owner** (Владелец) can see statistics for any store.

{% endnote %}

## Brief statistics on sales

The [Home page](https://console.pay.yandex.uz) section displays a chart showing changes in two sales metrics:

- **Revenue**: The total amount of payments with the **Paid** status, excluding refunds ([GMV](*gmv)).
  If a refund was issued for a payment, the chart factors in the original payment amount.
- **Average order value**: The ratio of the amount of payments with the **Paid** status to the number of orders.

{% note info %}

If a store has no sales yet, the chart is not displayed.

{% endnote %}

The total revenue and average order value for the selected [period](#period) are shown in the top-left corner of the chart. To the right of each amount, you can see how much it has increased or decreased compared to the previous period.

{% cut "**Sales occurred but the chart isn't displayed**" %}

If the chart is not displayed, make sure that you've completed all the onboarding steps on the home page.

{% endcut %}

### How to read the chart {#chart-reading}

The horizontal axis displays a timeline with a daily breakdown.

To see the sales figures for a specific date, hover over the corresponding chart column.

### Available periods {#period}

The chart provides data for the following periods:

- **Week**: Data for the [previous 7 days](*period).
- **Month**: Data for the [previous 30 days](*period).

To switch between the periods, click **Week** or **Month** in the top-right corner of the chart.
