# FAQ about settings and downloading files

Try downloading the file again.

The download may also be affected by the antivirus that's installed on your smartphone. Temporarily disable it and download the file again.

Depending on the type of file, downloaded files are stored in different places. For example,downloaded images are available in **Gallery**, and you can use special programs to view PDF files.

By default, files are downloaded to the **Downloads** folder.

1. Open a PDF file in the browser.

You can change the language in the device settings. To do this:

1. Open your device settings.
1. Go to **Applications**.
1. Select **Yandex Browser** → **Language** and select the language you need.

If this option isn't available, you can't set a language for Yandex Browser specifically: it's chosen based on your system language. To change it:

1. Open your device settings.
1. Select **General** → **Language & Region** and set the language.

You can't add extensions to Yandex Browser now due to technical restrictions on Apple's side.
