Gear is mediocre quality. Basically the lowest level department store stuff you can get. For a serious trekking trip, it is heavy and doesn’t leave you feeling safe. Tent soaks through in the rain. Sleeping bags are not warm even if you pay for the winter bag. Service is also unreliable. What the original service member told me regarding return conditions was altered by another member. Make sure to document everything when renting gear.
