It was overcrowded even at 7 a.m., with no tables available in the restaurant area because passengers were allowed to occupy tables long after finishing their meals. When tables did free up, many were left dirty and uncleared, forcing guests to either clean the table themselves or eat at a dirty one. The only alternative seating was at the bar, which is very uncomfortable and not a practical option. The environment was also noisy, with children’s videos playing loudly on phones, with little regard for other passengers. Overall, not the quiet or comfortable experience one would expect from a business lounge.
