Ну начать свой отзыв хочется с месторождение, в центре города, окна ресторана выходят на байтерек. Внутри чисто, светло и очень уютно. Очень вкусная кухня, чтобы не ждать долго мы заранее заказали меню, тк была большая компания нам помогли заказать ровно столько нам нужно, в ресторане приветливый персонал. Рекомендую.

Замечательное, наполненное атмосферой казахской музыки в благородных бежево золотистых тонах внутренне убранство ресторана. Неспешная, тихая, теплая и с ароматным содержанием разнообразных блюд из национальной кухни аура. Классные баурсаки, отличное сырне, и вкусные европейские блюда, как рататуй и форель. Правда разочаровал вкус блюда - равиолли, его непорекомендую. Вежливое и ненавязчиво предупредительное обслуживание. Средний чек на двоих взрослых и двоих детей у нас вышел в 13 тысяч тенге.

“Daididau” is not just a restaurant — it’s a symphony, where every note is full of flavor. The menu feels like an art gallery: everything is thoughtful, elegant, and aesthetically pleasing. When the dishes arrived, I paused — I didn’t want to disturb the beauty on the plate. The taste… refined, creative, and truly exceptional. This isn’t just cuisine — it’s art. From the very beginning, I was greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. The manager came over with a gentle smile and spoke in a calm, welcoming manner. And the waiter — like an ambassador of Kazakh culture — passionately shared the story of beshbarmak: what the word means, why the dish is called that, and the traditions behind it. It felt like a small ceremony, and I deeply appreciated it. 😊 The attitude of the entire staff was another pleasure in itself — respectful, courteous, lighthearted. You feel not like a mere visitor, but a truly welcome guest. The idea of using gifted musical instruments from different countries as part of the decor is a graceful touch. The manager mentioned that one of them should be a duduk… I looked for it but couldn’t find it. Still, the thought itself was beautiful. The color palette is my favorite: soft, calming, muted tones that make you want to sink in and relax. Everything here speaks of taste, elegance, and deep respect for culture.
