I had been experiencing a persistent Windows recovery error that prevented my system from starting. It turned out that my HDD had died. Cengiz replaced my old HDD with a new one, selected a suitable SSD caddy to replace the unnecessary laptop CD-ROM drive, and installed an SSD for Windows. He cleaned out the dust, changed the thermal paste, recovered all the data from the dead HDD and reinstalled Windows 10 with all the drivers. Now, my laptop operates incredibly smoothly and quickly - much faster than when I originally purchased it 8 years ago. The startup time has significantly improved, taking 10 seconds compared to the previous 4+ minutes. The entire repair process took a day, and throughout that time, Cengiz remained in constant communication via WhatsApp. He promptly addressed all my questions and provided professional recommendations. That's my longest review ever, but I really want to express my gratitude to Cengiz for delivering the best service and rescuing my laptop. Initially, I intended to go to the Samsung official service center, but fortunately, I found Ghost Bilgisayar on Google Maps. Previously, when I went to the official service with a different issue, it took them several days just to figure out what the issue was. Furthermore, they gave me a price for the parts and repair that was twice as high as the price of the laptop itself, which is totally ridiculous. The only problem I have now is that I am unable to keep up with the speed of my laptop and thoroughly enjoy using it without freaking out about the lags. It will take some time to get used to this new level of performance. PS: guys in the repair shop are into tennis, so if you play you will quickly get along :)
