Notice on Personal Data Processing When Using the Application Allplay

  1. This Notice is designed to inform users (personal data subjects) about the terms and conditions for processing their personal data when using the application Allplay for mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).

  2. The developer of the Application, as defined in the rules of Google Play, and the personal data operator is MChJ ALLMEDIA SAFE SERVICE.

  3. The personal data processed by the Developer to provide the functionality of the Application includes: name, actions in the Application as well as any other personal data that may be required for this purpose.

  4. In accordance with applicable personal data legislation, the personal data subject has, in particular, the following rights:

  • Right of access to personal data. You may ask the Developer and/or the Rights Holder to confirm whether your personal data is being processed.

  • Right to rectify personal data. You may ask the Developer and/or the Rights Holder to correct incorrect personal data or supplement incomplete personal data.

  • Right to erasure of personal data. You may ask the Developer and/or the Rights Holder to erase your personal data in cases provided for by law.

  • Right to restrict processing of personal data. You may ask the Developer and/or the Rights Holder to temporarily stop processing your personal data in cases provided for by law.

  1. The Developer implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the user’s personal data from unauthorized, accidental, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure, access, or other unlawful forms of processing. These security measures are implemented taking into account the state of the art, the cost of implementation, the risks associated with processing, and the nature of the personal data.

  2. Unless otherwise provided in this Notice, when the personal data subject uses the Application, the Developer processes personal data in accordance with the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy of the group of companies, available at: https://yandex.uz/legal/confidential.

  3. This document may be amended unilaterally. Such amendments shall enter into force on the date of their publication, unless otherwise specified in the relevant publication. The current version of the document is available at: https://yandex.uz/legal/allplay_privacy.
