Does the university, faculty, or field of study matter?
Yes, for this launch we are inviting ambassadors only from Inha University. Students from the SOCIE and SBL faculties can join the program starting from their 2nd year
Are any special skills or knowledge required to become an ambassador?
It’s important to know English, Uzbek, and Russian, as well as to complete the introductory tasks successfully
Is the ambassador role paid?
No, but ambassadors receive merch and other perks from Yandex Uzbekistan’s service
Do I need to be in Tashkent?
Yes, because you will need to participate in and organize events both at Inha University and at the Yandex Uzbekistan office.
What is the duration of the program?
The program will run until the end of the academic year and will conclude with a graduation event.
Can I transfer my ambassador role to another student?
This is not allowed, as you will not only undergo training but also gain access to Yandex Uzbekistan services under an NDA*.
*NDA, or non-disclosure agreement — this is a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Can I be hired to work at Yandex Uzbekistan?
We cannot guarantee employment at the end of the program. However, ambassadors who successfully complete the training and demonstrate their abilities in subsequent work may be invited to participate in other projects or join Yandex Uzbekistan teams.
